zakaiyan had a very short life and never came home, he was born at 29 wks but had stopped growing at 24wks this little man weighing 1lb 12ozs was a fighter til the very end. he gave his mummy and daddy something to be proud of and they loved him so much, zakiayan was an angel such a special little boy to all.
